Native Lifetime Limited Warranty
Luxottica Of America, INC (“Luxottica”) provides this limited warranty for all Native Eyewear brand sunglasses, ski goggles and lens replacement kits (“Product” or “Products”). This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship (“Manufacturer’s Defect”) for the lifetime of the product.
What is Not Covered by this Warranty? Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by this limited warranty, unless you can prove the Product had that damage at the time of purchase. This limited warranty also does not cover damages to the Product(s) caused by normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the Product(s), or unauthorized modifications or repairs. Lost or stolen items are not covered.
How Do You Make a Claim? In order to be eligible for service under this limited warranty you must provide proof of purchase of the Product(s).
To submit a warranty claim, you must submit a request for repair or replacement through the Assistance Services. You will be required to upload a photo of your proof of purchase of the Product to the Site, as well as photos of the Product. To start please click on the link below and complete your claim.
If you need assistance with the Assistance Services request on the Site, please contact our Customer Service (1-888-776-2848, Monday - Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm EST) or send a new request for assistance via the Site.
What Will Luxottica Do? Within five (5) days of submission of your request on the Site for Assistance Services, Luxottica will evaluate your request and advise if Luxottica finds that the damage is covered under this limited warranty. If it is determined that your Product has a Manufacturer’s Defect, we will replace that Product at no cost to you. Luxottica has sole discretion to determine Manufacturer’s Defects. Warranty claims are processed and replaced free of charge. All shipments for Services Covered by Warranty are free of charge.
If there is no Manufacturing Defect, this limited warranty does not apply and you will receive an e-mail or letter stating the cost for repairing or replacing the Product under Luxottica’s separate Services Not Covered Under Warranty, if any. You may decide at your discretion whether to accept the repair and relevant costs for any out-of-warranty damage, or to have the Product returned in the same condition as when you sent it to Luxottica.

Our liability towards you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Nothing in this limited warranty aims to exclude or limit Luxottica’s liability in the event of (a) death or personal injury due to negligence by Luxottica; (b) fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence; or (c) any liability which cannot be limited or excluded according to any applicable law.
